While at Interscope I represented the best talent in the music business through all stages of their career. Specifically, I designed and negotiated partnership models with Fortune 100 brands and successfully defined, secured and created non-traditional opportunities for both marquee and developing artists which generated $20M+ BTL revenue and 500M+ consumer impressions.

Head of Advertising

I built an in-house advertising agency from scratch with a budget of $3-5M and savings to the company of 10-15% in marketing spend annually. Overseeing a 9-member UMG team with oversight of 3 external creative agencies included developing and executing 100% of new release campaigns inclusive of TV, print, outdoor, radio, and digital amounting to 50+ projects per year.

Director Sales & Marketing

Company growth included development of a dedicated sales department and coordination of label releases with the appropriate distribution divisions within Warner Brothers. This growth resulted in the need to bring outsourced business in house (consumer advertising spend) resulting in the creation of the label advertising department.
